  • Fire suppression systems used in the building should be free from Halons or any other ozone depleting substances.

Commissioning Plan for Building Equipment & Systems

Mandatory requirements

  • Sign an agreement with third party commissioning authority, not involved in the design which has atleast 3 years experience in equipment & systems?
  • Document owners brief in terms of perfromance expectations from the building.
  • Submit a plan to show how th building would be audited for its green buidling performance after occupancy(more).
  • Report specific observations and variations identified by commissioning authority to the project owner, for each equipment & system, with respect to commissioning plan and how they were addressed.
  • Submit measurement & verification plan for yearly reporting.
  • Submit post-occupancy survey to verify occupant comfort (lighting levels, temperature, relative, humidity, noise levels, etc.,).
  • Report on green building performance of the equipment & systems listed in commissioning plan(more).

On-site Renewable Energy

  • Do you agree to demonstrate through daylight illuminance measurementin the building achieve daylight illuminance levels for a minimum of 110 Lux and maximum of 2200 Lux?
  • What is the area of regularly occupied spaces which achieve the said daylight illuminance (in sqft)?
